Kiss the Rain!

It's been raining all day long, but the rain water is good for my tiny garden. I saw one little tomato already. Today I had the day off and went to the Franklin Institute . It's awesome being down center city. I love my Philadelphia. Anyhow, the rain did not put a damper on my love of colors, why should I be gloomy with the weather? Boooo. Below my outfit was inspired by none other then the beautiful Rainbow that does appear after the rain.

 2012: A Year In Colors

This is why i love autumn. I get to play around with fashion. Mix and Match textures, patterns and colors. I said this already somewhere, LOL. But many will think shorts are a no-no for the fall, but i love wearing leggings/tights under some denim shorts. Pair it up with some wedge booties and i am off to the wonderful world of pumpkin patches. I could of been the scarecrow too...dot dot dot dot.......lol. I could not find the right belt because after i got dressed i noticed the outfit was still missing something. The jacket came with a thin black belt, i took the belt and put it on my shorts instead, that added the finishing touch. I should of topped it all off with a bright deep red lipstick, but maybe next time.

Street Style of the Week, mixed with rain!

It's raining. It's pouring. Blah blah blah blah. So that army bucket hat really saved my hair..lol

What's new? Um, i got a new job and this job will not allow me to blog during the day. My post will be made in the evenings, but don't be sad whoever you are out there. With change comes new, cool things. I shall call my entries "EVENING POST" lol. In life we have to do what we don't want to at times, in order to love what we are meant to be more and more.

I LOVE fashion and my heart belongs to the Arts as well. Can't have one with out the other.

I'll take this as a fashion challenge as well, since i am required to dress "Business Casual'

YIKES!! I've never seen so much black in my life, but i got some colorful tops and got me some different colored nail polish to add some funk and spice to the boring everyday business wear. Without color in my outfits would really make my pulse stop, LOL.

Even tho i will be super busy, i will keep blogging, be in poly and still have fashion/art fun
