NEON TREND 09
One of my favorite trend of this year is NEON. There is nothing like expressing yourself with color, and playing around with color with your outfit. If you are not daring to be BOLD from head to toe, you can go all black but have a pop of neon, either with the belt, shoes or ur make-up. You can keep it simple, or go all out like i do!! lol No matter what way you go, just have fun. Color can never be boring. oxox PaintHead
